Temperature probe calibration applications

temperature probe calibration is the first development, the most widely used class of sensors. Temperature probe calibration market share greatly exceeded the other sensors. From the early 17th century people began using the temperature measurement. In support of semiconductor technologies, this century have developed a semiconductor thermocouple sensor, PN junction storage tank calibration methods and integrated temperature probe calibration.
Two conductors of different materials, such as connecting with each other at some point, the connection point of heating in their unheated parts of the potential difference occurs. The potential difference of the value of the temperature unheated parts of the measuring point is related to the two conductors and related materials. This phenomenon can be used over a wide temperature range appears, if accurate measurement of the potential difference, and then measuring the unheated parts of the ambient temperature, it is possible to accurately know the temperature of the heat spots. Because it must have two conductors of different materials, so called "thermocouple." Thermocouples made of different materials used in different temperature ranges, their sensitivity varies.
Thermocouple sensor has its own advantages and disadvantages, it is relatively low sensitivity, susceptible to environmental interference signal, but also susceptible to temperature drift of the preamplifier, therefore not suitable for measuring small temperature changes. Due to the thickness of the thermocouple temperature probe calibrated sensitivity is independent of the material
