We install a controller to your fax line or any analog phone line. The controller never interferes with your use of the line. No problem even if you are on a jobsite or other location that doesn抰 have a phone line. We have cellular monitors also!
The tank gauging equipment take a level reading periodically (typically every 1-2 hours). Once per day the controller sends that information to a secure website where our dispatchers analyze the data and determine when your tanks need to be refilled and they schedule the delivery. If your tank level drops below a predetermined alarm level our dispatchers receive an email alerting them to the condition so that a delivery can be scheduled immediately.
